TE Connectivity VOLINSU EV Dual Wall Heat Shrink Tubing

TE Connectivity's (TE) VOLINSU EV Dual Wall (EVDW) Heat Shrink Tubing is designed to insulate and protect high-voltage conductive components and cables for operational reliability. The tubing uses a flame-retardant material with excellent insulation and electrical properties to allow use over simple or intricate shapes. The EVDW heat shrink tubing makes use of orange color (RAL-2003 color) to meet EV visual requirements and exhibit a 3:1 shrink ratio. The series also offers high dielectric strength and withstands harsh environmental tests of high conditional reliability following abrasion, heat aging, and water immersion. The electrical and mechanical properties are uncompromised after 168hrs at +158°C (per ASTM D2671), ensuring good thermal stability. TE VOLINSU EV Dual Wall Heat Shrink Tubing is available in sizes compatible with the cable and component sizes used in the powertrains of electric vehicles (EVs).
