Swissbit SATA 3 6Gbit/s Durabit™ NAND Flash offer high MLC endurance with sustained performance by combining a powerful controller with DRAM supported FTL and increased over-provisioning. The SSDs are offered in several form factors with data transfer rates up to 520MB/s in sequential access and 75,000 IOPS in 4KB random access. The Durabit series features proven power fail safety, ATA security feature set, NCQ, TRIM, advanced wear-leveling and bad block management, and in-field firmware update functionality. The Swissbit lifetime monitoring tool provides detailed S.M.A.R.T. based status information.

The Durabit™ SATA 6Gb/s SSDs use a DRAM-supported page-based FTL and increased over-provisioning. For typical embedded applications the SSDs achieve up to four times higher reliability levels and data rates compared to standard SSDs. Based on MLC NAND technology and intelligent ﬁrmware, Durabit meets the requirements and high demands of industrial and NETCOM applications.

The SATA 3 feature a rugged design, long availability, industrial temperature support, and firmware features that improve retention and power failure protection. Extensive qualifications verified the high reliability and compatibility of the X-60 series. The X-60 family comprises products in CFast™, SlimSATA, mSATA, M.2, and 2.5" form factors and capacities from 8 to 960GB.
