STMicroelectronics LM2901 Low Power Quad Voltage Comparators

STMicroelectronics LM2901 Low Power Quad Voltage Comparators consist of four independent low-power voltage comparators designed to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. The portfolio includes the LM2901, the LM2901B (AEC-100-qualified), and LM2901H (high-temperature) comparators. These components offer low supply/input bias/input offset currents and low output saturation voltages. LM2901 and LM2901B feature an input common-mode voltage range that includes the negative rail. For the LM2901H comparators, the input common-mode voltage range includes the ground. The automotive-grade LM2901B devices are specified at 5V and 36V single supply voltage operation with an increased maximum operating voltage of 40V and improved electrical characteristics.
