STMicroelectronics LD59150 LDO Voltage Regulators

STMicroelectronics LD59150 LDO Voltage Regulators provide 1.5A of output current and are designed for automotive applications. These LDO (Low Drop-Out) regulators include an enable pin to turn on/off (EN) the regulator and Power Good (PG) to monitor the regulated output voltage. The LD59150 regulators' output voltage can be adjusted from 0.8V to 3.6V with the use of an external resistor divider. These LDO voltage regulators also offer protection features such as current limit and thermal shutdown. STMicroelectronics LD59150 LDO Voltage Regulators applications include automotive and industrial post regulation, automotive and industrial ASICs and FPGA supply, generic POL, telecom infrastructure, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
