STMicroelectronics TN4015H High-Temperature 40A SCRs
STMicroelectronics TN4015H High-Temperature 40A silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs) offer high thermal performances up to 40A. This is a benefit to their junction temperature up to 150°C. The SCRs trade-off noise immunity (dV/dt = 500V/μs) versus its gate triggering current (IGT = 15mA). The turn-on current rise (dI/dt = 100A/μs) allows the design of a robust and compact control circuit for the voltage regulator. The TN4015H is for use in motorbikes and industrial drives, overvoltage crowbar protection. It also is for use in motor control circuits in power tools and kitchen aids, and inrush current limiting circuits. The TN4015H-6T is in a non-isolated TO-220AB package. The TN4015H-6G D2PAK package allows modern SMD designs as well as compact back to back configuration. The TN4015H-6I is fully tab insulated credited to the ceramic inside. The TN4015H-6I TO-220AB package and also allows a back to back configuration. It has an insulated voltage 2500VRMS and complies with UL 1557 (File ref: E81734).
