STMicroelectronics T2650-6PF 26A 600V Snubberless Triac is available in a power package TO-3PF and is suitable for general purpose AC switching. The T2650-6PF enables AC switching systems up to 3kW for 120V AC mains when used with the properly dimensioned heatsink. The T2650-6PF is a Snubberless Triac recommended for industrial applications where high immunity and high surge current are required.
