STMicroelectronics STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes

STMicroelectronics STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are 200V, dual 3A diodes for applications requiring optimized forward voltage drop (VF) and reverse recovery characteristics. These diodes are also ideal for use in secondary rectification functions, including high-frequency DC-to-DC converters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), and lighting applications. The diodes offer low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, high surge current capability, and a high maximum junction temperature. STMicroelectronics STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are offered in DPAK, PSMC (TO-277A), and TO-220AB packages. The STTH602CxY variants are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
