STMicroelectronics STSPIN32F0 Advanced BLDC Controllers
STMicroelectronics STSPIN32F0 Advanced BLDC Controllers feature an embedded STM32 MCU and are suitable for driving three-phase BLDC motors using different driving modes. The STSPIN32F0 embeds a triple half-bridge gate driver able to drive power MOSFETs or IGBTs with a current capability of 600mA (sink and source). The high- and low-side switches of the same half-bridge can't be simultaneously driven high thanks to an integrated interlocking function.STMicroelectronics STSPIN32F0A features over-temperature, under-voltage lockout protections, and can be put in standby mode to reduce power consumption. The device provides 16 general-purpose I/O ports (GPIO) with a 5V tolerant capability. The STSPIN32F0A also has one 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with up to 9 channels performing conversions in single-shot or scan modes. The device can synchronize five general-purpose timers and supports an easy-to-use debugging serial interface (SWD).
