STMicroelectronics M24M01E-F 1-Mbit Serial I²C BUS EEPROM is organized as 28K × 8-bits and has a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V. The STMicroelectronics M24M01E-F also has a clock frequency of 1MHz (or less) and can endure temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The M24M01E-F offers three 8-bit registers, and the device type identifier (DTI) register is permanently locked in read-only mode.Features
