STMicroelectronics ESDZL5 TVS Diode is a low-capacitance uni-directional single-line diode. This diode is designed to protect the data line or the I/O port against the ESD transients. The ESDZL5 uni-directional diode features low leakage current and low clamping voltage. This device is ideal for applications where both reduced line capacitance and board space-saving are required. The ESDZL5 diode operates at a temperature ranging from -55ºC to 150ºC. Typical applications include smartphones, portable multimedia devices, home automation, and highly integrated systems.
