STMicroelectronics ESDA8P30 Unidirectional Single Line TVS Diode is designed to protect the power line against EOS and ESD transients. The ESDA8P30 offers 4-line ESD protection for high speed lines and is ideal for applications where high power TVS and board space saving is required. To meet environmental requirements, ST offers these devices in different grades of ECOPACK® packages, depending on their level of environmental compliance.
