Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si827x 4A ISOdrivers are ideal driving power switches with high transient (DV/DT) immunity. The Si827x ISOdrivers are used for a variety of power supply, inverter, and motor control applications. These switches use proprietary silicon isolated technology with industry-leading noise immunity, high-speed, low latency, skew, and reliability.

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si827x ISOdrivers have unique features like separate pull-up/down outputs, driver shutdown on UVLO fault, and precise dead time programmability. The Si827x results in longer service life and higher reliability.
