Semtech μClamp3321ZA Ultra Small μClamp® TVS Diodes
Semtech μClamp3321ZA Ultra Small μClamp TVS Diodes are designed to protect low voltage interfaces on portable applications that operate at 3.3V. The μClamp3321ZA replaces 0201 size multilayer varistors (MLVs). The µClamp3321ZA features low dynamic resistance for fast response to transients and low-clamping voltage to protect audio codecs from damage through audio jacks. The TVS diodes are housed in an ultra-small 0.6mm x 0.3mm package, protect one data line, and feature a low ESD clamping voltage. The working voltage is 3.3V with a low capacitance of 5pF maximum. This device is more robust than conventional CS solutions and extends the end-user applications battery life with low reverse leakage currents of under 1nA.Features
