Semtech µClamp2492SQ ESD for Automotive Applications

Semtech µClamp2492SQ Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Device is designed to provide robust ESD protection on Automotive CAN bus nodes. The µClamp2492SQ integrates two 24V bidirectional TVS diodes and features a dynamic resistance of 0.55Ω. Semtech µClamp2492SQ features a low clamping voltage, a high ESD immunity level, a low capacitance, and is available in an industry-standard SOT-23 package. The device has leads finished with lead-free matte tin and has nominal dimensions of 2.9mm x 1.3mm x 1.20mm. The µClamp2492SQ ESD is qualified to AEC-Q100, Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) for automotive applications.
