Semtech SMBJxxCA Transient Voltage Suppressors

Semtech SMBJxxCA Transient Voltage Suppressors feature large cross-sectional area junctions for conducting high transient currents. Semtech SMBJxxCA TVS protects sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to EOS, lightning, CDE, and ESD. The SMBJxxCA provides excellent characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage with no device degradation.

The SMBJxxCA Suppressors have the option of protecting 5V to 220V systems. Additional features on the device include a high surge current capability and a high peak power rating, allowing the SMBJxxCA to excel in harsh transient environments.
