ROHM Semiconductor SML-522MUSW Chip LED is a dual-color mini mold surface mount chip LED packed with milky white diffused resin. This LED exhibits yellowish-green and red emitting colors. The SML-522MUSW LED features a 570nm/620nm (yellow-green/red) dominant wavelength (λD), 10mcd/16mcd (yellow-green/red) luminous intensity, 2V forward voltage (VF), 25mA forward voltage (IF) @ VF, and AlGaInP chip structure. This dual-color chip LED operates between -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include home appliances, industrial equipment, and amusement.
