ROHM Semiconductor CSL1001xT Low Current Emission Automotive LEDs are surface-mount chip LEDs ideal as a display unit light source. An InGaN lens packaged in a colorless transparent resin acts as the light-emitting source. Emitted color options include blue and green. These AEC-Q102-qualified LEDs operate within a -40°C to +100°C temperature range.
