ROHM Semiconductor BD48xxx & BD49xxx Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs are designed as highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector ICs. The BD48xxx voltage detector ICs provide N-channel open drain output while the BD49xxx series provides CMOS output. The BD48xxx and BD49xxx series offer detection voltages ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V in increments of 0.1V. Operating from a temperature range -40°C to +105°C, BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs provide a highly accurate voltage detection to ±1.0% and ultra-low current consumption of 0.9μA (typical). Available in small, low-height packages, the BD48xxx and BD49xxx series from ROHM are ideal for circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
