ROHM Semiconductor BD1020HFV Temperature Sensor IC

ROHM Semiconductor BD1020HFV Temperature Sensor IC is a high-accuracy, low-quiescent current temperature sensor with analog output. Operating from a 2.4V to 5.5V supply voltage, the ROHM Semiconductor BD1020HFV Temperature Sensor offers a 4µA low-quiescent current, excellent ripple rejection characteristics, and an accuracy rating of  ±1.5°C @Ta=30°C (max.). In the -30°C to +100°C detection temperature range, the BD1020HFV Temperature Sensor has a typical temperature sensitivity of -8.2 mV/°C and a low thermal resistance of 187°C/W. The BD1020HFV has a linear response to temperature. Available in a 1.60mm x 1.60mm x 0.60mm package, the BD1020HFV Temperature Sensor IC is ideal for cell phones and optical pick-up modules for DVDs and BlueRay players.
