Renesas Electronics RZ/G3S Microprocessors feature three Arm® Cortex® cores (1xA55 and 2xM33), a 16-bit LPDDR4/DDR4 interface and support for low-power modes. The built-in PCI Express interface enables high-speed connectivity with 5G wireless modules. Additionally, the devices boast enhanced security features, such as tamper detection and working in low-power mode to ensure data security. These features make these devices ideal for IoT applications, including home gateways, smart meters, and tracking devices.
