Renesas Electronics RX261 & RX260 Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics RX261 and RX260 Microcontrollers are 32-bit microcontrollers that deliver outstanding power efficiency and advanced touch functions. These microcontrollers are equipped with CTSU2SL as an HMI function. The CTSU2SL supports multi-frequency scanning to reduce noise-induced false detections, an active shield to suppress water effects on electrodes, automatic judgment, and the MEC function feature. The RXv3 core delivers a high performance of 355CoreMark at 64MHz operation and features 69μA/MHz active current and 1μA standby current. These microcontrollers include an area protection function that allows the user to set a non-rewritable area in code flash memory. The RX261 and RX260 are ideal for consumer electronics, building automation, industrial automation, and medical and healthcare.
