Renesas Electronics REXFET-1 100V & 150V Power MOSFETs

Renesas Electronics REXFET-1 100V and 150V Power MOSFETs implement split-gate technology, which significantly reduces the on-resistance RDSON and Figure of Merit, ideal for high-current applications. The devices are available in TOLL (TO-Leadless), TOLG (TO Leaded Gullwing), and TOLT (TO top-side cooled) packages for exceptional thermal performance and maximum power capability. Additionally, the MOSFETs feature wettable flank packaging for excellent solder joint performance. The REXFET-1 MOSFETs are AEC-Q100 qualified with PPAP support for automotive applications.
