Renesas / Dialog DA16200x Ultra-low-power Wi-Fi® SoC features 802.11b/g/n radio, baseband processor (PHY), Media Access Controller (MAC), on-chip memory, and a host networking application processor. These ultra-low-power SoCs enable full offload capabilities and run full networking OS and TCP/IP stack. The DA16200x SoCs include a low-power algorithm that shuts down every microelement of the chip and an advanced algorithm that enables staying asleep. These ultra-low-power SoCs have a built-in-4 channel auxiliary ADC for sensor interfaces and hardware crypto-engines for advanced security.The DA16200x SoCs operate at 2.1V to 3.6V supply voltage range and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. These ultra-low-power SoCs offer 1.8V digital input supply voltage and 3.3V digital output voltage. Typical applications include thermostats, security cameras, temperature sensors, smoke detectors, garage door openers, asset trackers, home automation, industrial, commercial, residential, and other wireless sensors.
