Qorvo QPF4259 2GHz Wi-Fi® 7 High Power Front End Module
Qorvo QPF4259 2GHz Wi-Fi® 7 (802.11be) High Power Front End Module (FEM) offers integrated matching and a compact form factor to minimize layout area in the application. The QPF4259 integrates a 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole two throw switch (SP2T), and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single 5.0mm x 3.0mm device. Performance is focused on optimizing the integrated power amplifier for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining high linear output power and leading-edge throughput. Integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics and 5GHz rejection for DBDC operation are included. A coupler with RF output and a broad range, constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector provides application feedback.Features
