Qorvo QPA3359 Push-Pull Amplifier

Qorvo QPA3359 Push-Pull Amplifier is a GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor)/MESFET (Metal–Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) 75Ω RF amplifier featuring 28dB of flat gain and low noise. The QPA3359 is designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications up to 1218MHz using a single 24V supply.

The Qorvo QPA3359 Push-Pull Amplifier is available in a hybrid SOT-115J package and is lead-free, Halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
