Qorvo QM45655 Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Module (FEM)

Qorvo QM45655 Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Module (FEM) is developed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The QM45655 allows for a minimal layout area with integrated matching and a small form factor. The PA is optimized for a broad (3.0V < Vcc < 5.0V) supply voltage range. The multiple Wi-Fi TX modes on the device optimize output power, linearity, and power dissipation, which conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput.

The Qorvo QM45655 integrates a multi-TX state 5GHz to 7GHz Wi-Fi power amplifier (PA), ANT switch, single pole three-throw switch (SP3T), bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) with multiple RX states, and power coupler into a single device.
