EPCOS / TDK S10 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors
Epcos TDK S10 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors are high-performance varistors with a small ø10mm disk and wide 130VRMS to 680VRMS operating voltage range. These compact, PSpice-modeled varistors feature high surge current ratings up to 2500A and no derating up to +105°C ambient temperature. Applications include consumer, power metering, communication systems, household appliances, and power supply units.
