onsemi NSR0170 Schottky Barrier Diodes

onsemi NSR0170 Schottky Barrier Diodes are ultra-low forward voltage drop devices designed for high-efficiency switching and rectification in compact electronic systems. With a forward voltage as low as 0.34V at 10mA and a maximum reverse voltage of 70V, the diodes offer excellent performance in low-voltage, high-frequency applications. Available in SOD-323, SOD-923, and X2DFNW2 miniature packages, the NSR0170 is ideal for space-constrained designs such as portable electronics, DC-DC converters, and reverse polarity protection circuits. The fast switching capability and low leakage current make these devices a reliable choice for improving power efficiency and thermal management in modern electronic designs.
