onsemi NCP115 300mA LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP115 300mA LDO Regulators provide a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications. The NCP115 is optimized for portable battery-powered applications that require ultra-low quiescent current. These devices employ dynamic quiescent current adjustment to ensure very low IQ consumption at no load. The low supply current, enable function, and auto low-power mode features of the NCP115 also extend battery life in portable applications.

The NCP115 LDO Regulators are offered in both XDFN-4 and TSOP-5 packages, with output voltages ranging from 1.0V to 3.6V, for design flexibility.
