onsemi MC74VHCT125A Buffers are high-speed CMOS quad bus buffers fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These devices achieve fast operation, similar to dipolar Schottky TTL, with typical propagation delays (tPD) of 3.8ns at VCC = 5V. The MC74VHCT125A buffers feature a 3-state control input (OE) that, when set high, places the output into a high-impedance state, useful for bus applications. These buffers offer good noise immunity and operate at a 2V to 5.5V operating voltage range. The MC74VHCT125A buffers are Pb-free and RoHS compliant. These devices are suitable for general-purpose logic, buffering, signal conditioning, power-down protection, automotive, and industrial applications.Features
