onsemi EVBUM2909G-EVK Daughter Cards
onsemi EVBUM2909G-EVK Daughter Cards are an extension set designed for the Discrete Double Pulse Tester EVBUM2897. The onsemi daughter cards feature board edge connectors and test points for DUT1 and DUT2, specifically for discrete MOSFET testing. The MOSFETs are not included, but the cards can be assembled with onsemi’s discrete parts. The extension set supports multiple package types, including TO247-3L, TO247-4L, D2PAK-7L, TOLL, POWER88, and BPAK-7.
