onsemi ESD1014 ESD Protection Diodes are engineered for safeguarding high-speed data lines from ESD, EFT, and lightning. onsemi ESD1014 boasts a low capacitance of 6pF maximum between I/O lines and ground. The device provides robust protection with an ESD rating of Class 3B (exceeding 8kV) per Human Body model and Class C (exceeding 400V) per Machine Model. Compliant with IEC standards, including IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 at 30kV (Contact), the ESD1014 ensures reliable performance.
