onsemi SECO-LVDCDC3064-IGBT-GEVB Evaluation Board
onsemi SECO-LVDCDC3064-IGBT-GEVB Evaluation Board features input isolated IGBT gate driver supply with automotive-qualified NCV3064 controller. This board provides stable voltage rails of -7.5V / 15V and an additional 7.5V rail for efficient switching over 6VDC to 18VDC wide input voltage range. The NCV3064 regulator enables a low component count, compact, and robust design. The SECO-LVDCDC3064-IGBT-GEVB board is pin-compatible with commercial IGBT DC/DC supplies and provisions ready to use plug−in solutions for power applications. This evaluation board offers a 150kHz switching frequency, 7.8pF interwinding capacitance, and 4000VAC dielectric insulation.
