onsemi NCP711 LDO Voltage Regulators with PG

onsemi NCP711 LDO Voltage Regulators with Power Good (PG) circuit feature very low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input/output voltage ranges. These CMOS LDO regulators are designed for up to 18V input voltage and 100mA output current. The PG circuit (version B) indicates that the output voltage is regulated, and this signal could be used for power sequencing or as a microcontroller reset. These onsemi LDO regulators include internal short-circuit and over-temperature protection that saves the device against overload conditions. The NCP711 regulators are available in several fixed output voltage and adjustable versions. Typical applications include home automation, metering, remote control devices, and white goods.
