onsemi NCD98011 12-Bit SAR ADC

onsemi NCD98011 12-Bit SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) provides a low-power solution using the capacitor-based SAR architecture. This 12-bit ADC is optimized for low power and speed and achieves a sample rate of 2MSPS while consuming less than 1mW of power. The NCD98011 ADC includes an SPI-compatible interface that provides a straightforward data-acquisition method. This ADC features a large input voltage range (±VCC Vppd) and a 1.8V to 3.3V wide digital supply voltage range for direct interfacing with many controllers. onsemi NCD98011 ADC offers a signed output.
