onsemi NCD98010 12-Bit SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) provides a low-power solution using a capacitor-based SAR architecture. This ADC offers an unsigned output. The NCD98010 ADC features nanowatt power consumption, 2MSPS sampling rate, and a fully differential input. This ADC is optimized for low power and speed and achieves a sample rate of 2MSPS while consuming less than 1mW of power.
