The S32K1 Family offers scalability in several cores, memory, and peripherals, ensuring high-performance and functional safety compliant with ISO 26262 up to ASIL B. NXP Semiconductor S32K1 MCUs are available in various package types, including QFN, LQFP, and MAPBGA, providing flexibility in integration and design.Features
