NXP Semiconductors MCX N24, N52, & N53 Cortex®-M33 Microcontrollers

NXP Semiconductors MCX N24, N52, and N53 High-Performance Microcontrollers feature two high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 cores running up to 150MHz, with 2MB of Flash with optional full ECC RAM, a DSP co-processor, and an integrated eIQ Neutron NPU. The NPU provides up to 42 times faster machine learning (ML) throughput compared to a single CPU core, allowing for less time to be spent awake and reducing overall power consumption.

The multicore design of the NXP MCX N24, N52, and N53 MCUs enables improved system performance and reduced power consumption via the smart and efficient distribution of workloads to analog and digital peripherals. The MCUs are supported by the widely utilized MCUXpresso suite of software and tools, which optimize, ease, and help fast-track embedded system development.
