Nisshinbo R1260S Evaluation Boards

Nisshinbo Micro Devices R1260S Evaluation Boards are based on the R1260S step-down DC/DC controller. The R1260S generates an output voltage of 1.0V to 16.0V by driving external high- and low-side NMOSFETs. The Nisshinbo Micro Devices R1260S Evaluation Boards are ideal for microwave, consumer, industrial, and automotive applications.

Features

  • 48V power can be provided by a wide-ranging input voltage of 5V to 60V
  • High-accuracy feedback voltage: 0.8V ±1.5% (-40°C ≤ Ta ≤ 105°C)
  • High efficiency at light load (IOUT=1mA) by VFM control (80% at VIN=24V, 70% at VIN=48V)
