Murata SCA3300-D01 3-Axis Accelerometer and Inclinometer sensor feature a ±1.5g to ±6g user-selectable measurement range and extensive self-diagnostics features. SCA3300-D01 offers Murata capacitive 3D-MEMS technology that meets high stability and reliability requirements. SCA3300-D01 features an SPI digital interface and a mechanically damped sensing element design for superior vibration robustness. This accelerometer features a 3.0 to 3.6V supply voltage with low 1mA current consumption.
