Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3695-100 DC-DC Power Module with PMBus
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3695-100 DC-DC Power Module with PMBus provides a complete power solution that delivers up to 100A of output current, with superior load and line regulation across a wide input voltage range. The MPM3695-100 scalable, fully integrated power module operates at a high efficiency spanning a wide load range and can be paralleled to supply up to 800A of current. The MPS MPM3695-100 DC-DC Power Module integrates four interleaved phases implementing MPS’ proprietary, multi-phase constant on-time (MCOT) control to offer an ultra-fast transient response and simple loop compensation. The PMBus interface enables module configurations and monitoring of key parameters.
The device offers full protection features, including over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and over-temperature protection (OTP).
The MPM3695-100 Power Module only needs a minimum number of readily available external components and is housed in a BGA (15mm x 30mm x 5.18mm) package.
