Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4425A Step-Down LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4425A Step-Down LED Drivers are high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, and switch-mode white LED drivers with built-in power MOSFETs. These drivers offer a compact solution to achieve 1.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The MP4425A LED drivers feature high-efficiency synchronous mode and Continuous Conduction Modulation (CCM) modes of operation. The current mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. These drivers also offer full protection features such as Over-Current Protection (OCP) and Thermal Shutdown (TSD). The MP4425A LED drivers require a minimal number of readily available standard external components that are available in a space-saving QFN-13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package.
