Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVL3439-C-00A Evaluation Board

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVL3439-C-00A Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the high-efficiency, synchronous MP3439 dual-phase boost converter with an output-disconnect function. The MP3439 boost converter uses a Constant-On-Time (COT) control topology, which allows it to respond quickly to changes in load demand, ensuring stable output voltage. This device integrates synchronous MOSFETs that disconnect the output from the input during shutdown. The dual-phasing switching with high frequency enables a small-sized power solution for up to 3A of load current from a 1-cell lithium battery. The EVL3439-C-00A board works within the 2.7V to 5V input range and delivers 95.2% full load efficiency with a 2MHz switching frequency.
