Mini-Circuits PSA2-6+ MMIC SMT Low Noise Amplifier

Mini-Circuits PSA2-6+ MMIC SMT Low Noise Amplifier is a single wideband amplifier that covers a DC to 7000MHz frequency range, which is ideal for 5G MIMO radio and radar systems. The amplifier features a low 2.4dB noise figure and a low 15mA operating current suitable for power-sensitive applications. The PSA2-6+ amplifier also provides a high 15.2dB gain rating to limit the noise figure contribution. The Mini-Circuits PSA2-6+ MMIC SMT Low Noise Amplifier is available in a miniature SOT-363 package to save space in dense PCB layouts. The amplifier is ideal for communications applications, including broadband test and measurement equipment.
