Mini-Circuits M4SWA4 MMIC Surface-Mount SP4T RF Switch features an internal driver engineered for wideband operation from DC to 30GHz. This GaAs MMIC SP4T absorptive switch enables fast, nanosecond switching across a wide frequency range with minimal gate lag effects. The M4SWA4-34DR+ is designed to provide excellent isolation and high linearity while withstanding an RF input power of +24dBm. The switch is housed in a compact 4mm x 4mm QFN-style package for ease of integration into assemblies.
