Microchip Technology DSA1101/21/05/25 Low-Jitter CMOS Oscillators
Microchip Technology DSA1101/21/05/25 Low-Jitter Precision CMOS Oscillators are robust, automotive-grade timing solutions designed to deliver high accuracy and stability in demanding environments. These Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS)-based oscillators feature a CMOS output and are optimized for low phase jitter (typically under 1ps RMS), making these oscillators ideal for applications such as automotive Ethernet, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and infotainment systems. With an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, the Microchip DSA1101/21/05/25 oscillators support wide operating temperature ranges and offer excellent resistance to shock and vibration. The DSA110x series is available in multiple package sizes and supports programmable frequencies, providing flexibility for integration into a variety of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and communication modules.Features
