Microchip Technology PIC18LF65 & PIC18LF66 8-Bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology PIC18LF65 and PIC18LF66 Microcontrollers are high-performance 8-bit MCUs with Integrated ECAN™ and featuring eXtreme Low Power consumption. These devices offer a low sleep current for low-power applications and a wide 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage range. Integrated Timers and Capture/Compare/PWM modules deliver precision timing control. These microcontrollers also have a 12-bit ADC for advanced analog interface and an integrated Charge Time Measurement Unit for the easy capacitive touch user interface. The PIC18LF65 and PIC18LF66 family of microcontrollers are ideal for applications requiring cost-effective, low-power CAN solutions with high performance and a robust peripheral set.
