Microchip Technology MSCSM170HM45CT3AG High Voltage Power Modules are full-bridge 1700V, 64A silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs. The modules are a high-efficiency converter with outstanding performance at high-frequency operation. The devices have direct mounting to the heatsink (isolated package), and low junction-to-case thermal resistance.
