Microchip Technology MCP39F511 Single-Phase Power-Monitoring ICs
Microchip Technology MCP39F511 Single-Phase Power-Monitoring ICs are designed for real-time measurement of input power for AC/DC power supplies and to provide power and energy values. The MCP39F511 ICs include dual-channel delta-sigma ADCs, a 16-bit calculation engine, EEPROM, and a flexible 2-wire interface. These ICs employ an integrated low-drift voltage reference in addition to the 94.5dB of SINAD performance on each measurement channel. The MCP39511 ICs are available in both single-channel (MCP39F511) and dual-channel (MCP39F511N) versions.Features
