MEMSIC MHA-18x Hall-Effect Switches

MEMSIC MHA-18x Hall-Effect Sensors are low-power, ultra-high precision sensors optimized for battery-powered applications. These devices are fully integrated CMOS ICs that are designed to output high-low signals following a change in a magnetic field. These devices feature a wide 1.65V to 5.5V operating voltage range and ultra-low power consumption, with 2.5µA typical at 1.8V.

The MEMSIC MHA-18x Hall-Effect Switches are offered in two variants. The MHA182AS-S features a single unipolar output and is housed in a SOT553 package. The MHA183AS features a single omnipolar output and is housed in a SOT23-3L package.
